Phytochemical Constituents and Nutrient Evaluation of Origanum vulgare

چکیده

The chemical compositions, nutrients and mineral compositions of Origanum vulgare have been analyzed . results indicated that the inatial contents by using different solvent contens were flavonoids, glycoside ,sterols, alkaloids, phenolic compounds, tannins saponins quantitative , Flavonids, sterols, tannin, phenlic saponin alkaloids [(14.66±245.7 mg / 100gm), (197.71±11.89mg/100gm), (109.09±5.41mg/100gm), (35±2.12mg/100gm), (34.3 2.45 ± mg/100gm) .66 ،± 0.062 %) (0.1 1.3 % )] respectively while moisture content was 5.63±0.082 94.83±0.82 for total solids.while crude fiber 16.56± 0.48 ash 6.7 0.017 crud fat 7.78 .
 Crude protein 8500 mg/100g 21.78 carbohydrates, energy value was191.14 Kcal/100g. predominant minerals calicium75.94 mg/gm, fllowed Magnesium36.63 mg/gm ,Iron 1.88 Mnganese 0.466 then Zinc 0.416 comparable amounets copper 0.233 lead selenium cadimium (0.0132, 0.0054, 0.0023) respectively. From these it be can concluded a rich source antioxidants, energy, important so is suitabile as regular compenent in humen diet.
